Socktober is here!
We will be collecting winter donations for the month of October. Bins will be located at all Vancity’s across the Tri-Cities (Port Coquitlam, Coquitlam, Port Moody, Maillardville, and Burquitlam) as well at poirer public library, Como Lake TD and local high schools. We really appreciate the community coming together as the need gets stronger every year.
This year in particular, a plan is not yet set up for the upcoming winter season in the Tri-Cities which is causing a lot of concern but also confusion. So we encourage the community to come together and help in any little way you can. A small movement goes a mile.
All donations will be given to @theupliftinggroup and @accessyos to give back to the community where it’s needed the most.
If you are a business owner and want to host a bin, let us know! We can bring a bin for donations if you need and collect any donations at the end of October.
